Geppetto, the old wood carver, sets to work making a puppet out of an old piece of wood. But something magical happens. The puppet comes to life! This is the tale of the mischievous and cheeky Pinocchio. No matter how hard he tries to be good, he just keeps getting in to trouble. And he can’t hide the fact that he’s telling tales because his nose gives him away by growing longer and longer.
This is the endearing and fun-filled story of the naughty runaway puppet with dreams of becoming a real boy. Pinocchio tumbles in and out of adventures, as he tries to make his way back to Geppetto. But if he wants to find his way home and become human, he must first learn to be brave, honest, and generous.
A much loved tale with laughs a-plenty, full of memorable characters and toe-tapping music re-told by Robin Belfield and Simon Slater.
