RUclear campaign – ‘The Art of Safe Sex’

Look out for RUclear’s new Berkshire wide campaign. Chlamydia is still the UK’s leading Sexually Transmitted Infection and affects 1:14 under 25’s, often with no symptoms the infection is passed on through all types of sex and can only be detected by testing which leads to a simple and effective treatment.

The Chlamydia Screening Programme is aimed at under 25’s, clear and simple health messages are at the heart of the new campaign, encouraging young people across Berkshire to look after their sexual health and opt in to self- test when they need to; our aim is to make RUclear testing a necessary and healthy thing to do regardless of culture or sexual orientation and reduce the rate of infection and re-infection of Chlamydia.

A brand new logo and yearlong poster campaign comprises eye-catching artwork and simple health messages to be changed throughout the year to keep the campaign fresh and engaging. All GP’s, Pharmacies, Further Education sites and many other Chlamydia Screening venues will be encouraged to use the posters and static cling window stickers to show their site offers RUclear self-tests via self-help bins or counter-top units.
