Big Buzz at Country Market’s Recruitment Day

On Monday 24th March Country Market in Bordon hosted a very successful Recruitment Day. Whilst the day officially started at 9am an enthusiastic queue of potential employees had already gathered in anticipation of the doors opening.

With the new building due to be unveiled in May, the team at Country Market decided to offer an opportunity for potential employees to have a less formal meeting with many of the retailers who will be positioned within the store.

The opening of the new store is set to create many full and part time roles, with openings in various divisions including fashion & clothing retail, horticulture, catering & food services, farming and pets.

“Looking ahead to the opening of our new store, we thought that holding a dedicated Recruitment Day would be an efficient way for people to learn about, and apply for, the range of jobs that will be created. The Recruitment Day was a great success and we literally had queues of people lined up first thing in the morning!
