There are many ways you can stay in budget and still eat well. One great way you can save money is by simply filling the fridge with fruit and vegetables. Bananas and apples are some of the cheapest fruits that you can buy at the supermarket, and they are full of vitamins. For vegetables, carrots are a great and affordable purchase.

Cooking pasta is also a great way to save money and you can easily mix pasta with other food items. Cooking chicken and pasta is a great way for you to get the right amount of protein for your diet. You can also make a great pasta dish by throwing some vegetables like carrots, broccoli and peas into a pasta dish.

Other meals you can make that are incredibly healthy are salads. Rather than pay a fortune for bagged salad, you can simply buy some lettuce heads and make your own salads. You can simply tear off pieces of a lettuce head and throw in some vegetables. In addition, you can throw in some salami or chicken chunks to get a salad that has some substance.

If you want to save money on desserts, then try eating fruit for a month and enjoy the health benefits.

    I heard that eating more than 10 bananas in one sitting is impossible. The body starts to reject because the build up of some chemical or nutrient ingested through eating 10 bananas is fatal and so one gets sick. Is this true?….
