Leading Berkshire developer David Wilson Homes Southern will be on-hand this weekend (Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th April) at the Government-backed Help to Buy Home Show in Reading to showcase a prestigious collection of homes available across the county.

The Rivermead Leisure Complex in Reading will play host this weekend to the popular event hosted by Help to Buy South and David Wilson Homes will be among those advising house hunters how to get on or up the property ladder in the area.

The popular Help to Buy scheme is open to both first time buyers and existing homeowners. There is no income cap for applicants and you can buy a new-build property with a value of up to £600,000.
The scheme helps you to buy a home with an equity loan of up to 20% of the full price of the property and just a 5% deposit. You won’t have to pay any interest charges on this loan for the first five years and you own 100% of your own home from the start.
David Wilson Homes will be able to give customers more information on its Newbury Racecourse development in Newbury and Montague Park development in Wokingham, with expert Sales Advisers on hand from each site.
