The accolade is based on an industry wide survey of over 52,000 buyers, with more than 90% of people questioned stating they would recommend David Wilson Homes to a friend*.

Now the team behind one of the company’s developments, Montague Park in Wokingham, lifts the lid on what makes so many of their customers want to recommend them.

A total of 75 employees are currently working at the London Road development, ensuring on average 3,000 bricks are laid and roughly 80 cups of tea are brewed each day for the workers.

Not only have the homes been recognised locally by homebuyers, but in total, the development and the staff working at Montague Park have won two industry NHBC Awards.
